I have an unbinding love for all things photography. I love how a picture can capture the emotion and beauty in a moment in time. It's one of my favorite things in life. So when I heard that Kristen and Bri host a monthly link up called Through the Lens, a linkup to show the previous month in pictures, I knew I had to join.

1 // I have a tendency to screenshot favorite quotes on Insta, and this was the best one from the month- and the best advice anyone could get as a blogger. ps... this one's from Rachel from The Rachael Way's Insta.
2 // The blog reached over 500 Bloglovin followers in the month of December, and honestly I have to say it was my biggest accomplishment in a little over a year of blogging.
3 // Every year, my workplace throws a Christmas party for all of our children and their non-custodial parents. I loved seeing the children's smiles when they saw Santa,
4 // Hands down, my favorite picture of the Christmas season, and maybe even the year... Lil Man was looking at the ornaments on Grandma's tree, and Momma was right there to snap. This picture highlights the wonder and magic of Christmas.
5 // I made over 60% of my Christmas gifts this year. It made me feel good to give something from the heart, and the thank yous meant even more.
6 // Elf on a Shelf was started this year... his name is Sparky and he is reading The Night Before Christmas to his stuffed friends.
7 // The picture isn't about the fish- it's about the sticker. :) ps. it's from the cards against humanity collection.
8 // The best set up of the month... the toys were not approving of Sparky's plans.
9 // I love it when I see customer photos of my Etsy Shop merchandise! It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside! ps. this beauty belongs to Amanda from Knock on Wood, and you can see it on her Insta.

ReplyDeleteI've been really bad about not taking pictures lately but I have resolved to take more pictures so the one thing I could say is that January would have more and better photos.
