Letter from the editor | November

With less than two months until the new year, I've been thinking a lot about the blog lately, and what I have to do to get where I want to be with it. Along with overhauling my email list, I am going to be starting a new series- letters from the editor- and in these posts, I am going detail what readers should expect over the month. I have always been intrigued by the editor snippets in Cosmo and other magazines, so I figured, why not? I personally think it's a fun way to figure out what you are in for.

Without further adieu... November's letter from the editor.

I really love the time of year that is upon us. I love to see my faith in humanity continuously restored, because you know, all the Christmas cheer and thankfulness going around. But even though I love this time, I, like everyone else, tend to get a little stressed. So to combat the stress on the blog end, I sat down the other day, and planned out my posts until the end of the year. As I was writing post ideas down, I also realized that there is so much that I haven't and want to share with you guys.

So in the next few weeks, I am going to be sharing how to get the perfect natural eye with one of my favorite Urban Decay palettes; giving you tips on how to be productive in the mornings, especially when you are a stay at home mom; and posting about ways to avoid the dreaded blogger burnout. I am also going to talking about what I'm thankful for, because well, duh, Thanksgiving as well as rolling out some early Christmas gift guides ( I have three to share as of right now). Along with sharing some beauty favorites, I will also be peppering in some product reviews that I know you will love.

It's going to be a really busy month, and I am so excited. Mostly for the turkey and mashed potatoes and pie, but mainly because I get to share so much with you guys. Oh, and because of my birthday... which is next month!

Is there anything that you want to see this month?
