You don’t need to buy hairstyling tools that will drain your bank account. Just the things featured below will do all the work for you. Just be resourceful and creative. It’s all the combination you need and you’re good to go. Here are the things you need that are available in the kitchen:

1. Honey

Not only a food sweetener, honey is also beneficial to the hair. The vitamins and nutrients that are found in honey have healing effects, therefore, even the damaged hair will be restored. It is noted that honey has properties that help regulate and retain moisture in the hair/ It even strengthens the hair follicles, making it grow stronger. To be able to earn its hair benefits, you can mix one teaspoon of honey with a decent amount of your shampoo. Wash your hair and lather, then rinse well.

2. Coconut oil

Coconut oil is famous when it comes to making the hair healthier and stronger. In fact, it can be your hair’s best friend because of its ability to make it shinier and glossier. Not to mention its ability to make the hair grow faster. To use for hair growth, what you need to do is massage at least one teaspoon of coconut oil into your scalp. This facilitates blood circulation, making your hair grow faster. Make sure to massage your hair with gentle pressure for about 10 minutes, at least three to four times a week.

3. Baking soda

Baking soda is not only an ingredient that is necessary for baking bread but it’s also a great shampoo idea. This ingredient is very helpful especially when you are in a hurry and you need a quick fix on your hair. If you do not have time to wash your hair and apply a shampoo, you can put a baking soda on your hair. Make sure to comb your hair first and then sprinkle a baking soda into the roots. Next, rub your fingers, then brush out the powder, and then voila, your hair is now shiny and you no longer have to be stressed-out about it.

4. Lemon juice

Because lemon juice is loaded with Vitamin C, it has the ability to make your hair grow faster because of its collagen production. To use it as a hair growth ingredient, you only need a ½ piece of lemon. Extract the juice out of the lemon and then start massaging your scalp with the juice for about five minutes and then wait for about 10 minutes until it’s ready for shampooing and conditioning.

5. Coffee beans

Coffee beans surprisingly benefit the hair by improving its growth. Don’t you know that when applied to the hair, it stimulates the roots and makes it a lot healthier? It also enhances the texture and the color of the hair. To achieve this, you need to brew a coffee in a boiling water, then turn off the heat and let the solution cool down. Once it’s cooled down, you can use it to rinse your hair.

6. Green Tea

Green tea is the best aid for hair loss. It’s because of its property which is known as epigallocatechin or EGCG which helps stimulate hair growth. To use it, wash your hair, then massage your scalp with a freshly brewed green tea. Let it be for 10 minutes and rinse it out with a cool water. Do this method at least two to three times for a couple of months.

7. Avocado

Avocado helps moisturize the hair and keep it healthy and it’s because it is loaded with amino acids, vitamins, and proteins. To use avocado as a conditioner, you need to mix a tablespoon of avocado oil, an egg, a half tablespoon of raw honey, and a teaspoon of olive oil. Wrap your hair with the combined ingredients, let it stay for about 10 minutes, and then rinse.

Conclusion

See, there are so many things you can find in your kitchen that can help you improve your hair and even aid your hair problems. They are natural, cheap, and readily available so never miss an opportunity to use them for your hair’s benefit.
