nail file
I'm a recovering nail biter, and since I've grown nails, I'm a gal who likes to keep her nails in shape. I have nail files all over my house and of course, I have them in my bags. I love to go to Dollar Tree and buy the half size ones in the case, so they are protected and don't break. Plus, you can't beat $1.25 :)
hand sanitizer
In this day you can't go anywhere without your own hand sanitizer... I'm not an big health-conscious person, but I hate being sick, so yes, I will use hand sanitizer after using a shopping cart, before eating, etc. I really like the Hempz hand sanitizer mini. It smells great and hydrates the skin.
lip gloss
Ok, so I usually have like 3 lippys with me at all times, but hey, a gals gatta have options!!! I am a big fan of Kopari Coconut Lip Glossy in Birthday Suit, Buxom Full-On Plumping Lip Polish in Dolly, and Winky Lux Affogato Tinted Lip Balm!! All three would be my holy grail lip glosses!!
lotion
I really love the Koa & Sweet Almond Herbal Body Moisturizer With Shea Butter mini from Ulta! It just smells so darn good and is so moisturizing!!! This lotion is generally my go to when I get out of the shower also (I have the big bottle too)!
hair ties
I use Kitsch Eco-Friendly Nylon Elastics from Ulta because I really like the way they feel. AND I love that they are made from 100% recycled nylon.
body mist
I have talked about my FAVORITE body mist before and even though the season has changed, it hasn't changed. The Sol de Janeiro Hair & Body Fragrance Mist #71 smells like a dream!
mascara
I wear waterproof mascara that I apply in the morning, but you never know when you are going to need to apply another coat. I love Tarte Big Ego Mascara! The travel size is perfect for my needs and the mascara itself... mmmm.... chef's kiss!
hairbrush
Sometimes I like to wear my hair down, but by mid-afternoon, it goes up. Having a brush with me helps with that.
lint roller
I have dogs... a lint roller is a must-have!
tweezers
Sometimes a situation pops up that calls for tweezers, and I like to be prepared.

Self explanatory.
I keep everything in a nice little bag and just switch it between my work bag and my weekend bag. Short, sweet, and simple. :)
